An overview of the world’s first transatlantic Digital Travel Credential pilot (DTC-1 pilot) led by the Dutch consortium, a public-private partnership that involves a variety of entities including the Ministry of Justice & Security, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and IDEMIA. Co-funded by the European Commission, It tests in real-life conditions how the DTC can optimize border clearance and facilitate boarding, while maintaining high security standards.
