Smugglers Equip Train Full of Hidden Cigarettes with GPS Tracker
Ukrainian Border guards of Lutsk border guard detachment found out smuggled cigarettes in the freight train going abroad through Volodymyr-Volynskyi border crossing point.
Information on the possible illegal transportation of tobacco products was received from operatives of Ambukiv border guard division in advance.
During the inspection of a freight train the inspection team found out 2,000 packs of excise-free cigarettes in semi-cars. The offenders hid packages of tobacco products in loads of iron blooms. Dealers also took care of tracking the movement of goods, attaching a GPS tracker to them.
