The Bitzlato cryptocurrency exchange platform, one of the main mechanisms for money laundering through cryptocurrencies worldwide, has been dismantled

This police operation has been carried out simultaneously and in coordination in five countries, having arrested in Spain three members of the leadership of the aforementioned platform

Globally, 18 million euros in different cryptocurrencies have been intervened, as well as more than 100 cryptoactive accounts associated with Bitzlato have been blocked for an amount of more than 50 million euros.
