One hundred and two migrants tried to get from Belarus to Poland. Two traffickers were detained

The events were recorded in the areas of official responsibility of Border Guard Posts: in Narewka, Białowieża, Dubicze Cerkiewne and Mielnik. Among the foreigners disclosed, there were citizens of: India, Morocco, Sudan, Yemen, Guinea, India, Sri Lanka, Syria, Afghanistan, Eritrea and Cameroon.

Two couriers were also arrested yesterday. In the area of ​​official responsibility of the Border Guard Post in Mielnik, a Border Guard patrol detained a Ukrainian citizen who was transporting 5 Indian citizens. In turn, in the vicinity of Narewka, Border Guard officers detained another Ukrainian citizen, who was carrying 3 Iranian citizens in an Opel. All foreigners, contrary to the applicable regulations, crossed the Polish-Belarusian border.  

Since the beginning of 2023, citizens of 47 countries have tried to cross the Polish-Belarusian border against the law.
