Ukraine Border Guard Detain Foreigner with 200 Kgs of branded clothing

Attempts to import a large number of branded items into Ukraine were prevented at the Boryspil border crossing point by border guards, SSU and customs officers.

Information on a possible violator was provided by officers of the operational and investigative department of the Kyiv Separate BCP.

During the registration of passengers on a flight from Turkey, law enforcement officers drew an Azerbaijani citizen from the general flow. During the inspection of his suitcases, more than 200 kg of goods of well-known brands were found without proper declaration.

Most likely, the foreigner hoped for good luck and thought that he would not be subject to verification.

As a result, carefully packed jackets, pants, bags, bedding and many other things under the name of such brands as “Louis Vuitton”, “Prada”, “Moncler”, “Pierre Cardin” – removed in the prescribed manner.

The violator was provided with materials on violation of customs rules.
